Jelly Telly Prayer Team Notice for Tuesday, June 23, 2009:

Greetings to all, JellyTelly brothers and sisters!

Do you know how special you are?  Have you considered the place that you hold, in God’s plan, in this world, in the grand scheme of things?

We all can say, and mean it with all our hearts, that we are not any better than anyone else.  That goes without saying.  But sometimes, we take that attitude on with such finality, that we forget too quickly that we are part of God’s plan, and that we have a most definite place in His grand scheme.

So on this day, I want to remind each of you that you are important. 

You were created at just the right moment, planted in just the right family, and given just the right blend of personality and characteristics for the position you would hold in this world.  You were created specifically for the calling that God has given you, and there is no one else that can fill your place, just like you can.

You are graced with just the right blend of spiritual gifts, talents, and abilities to succeed in accomplishing what God intends for you to accomplish.  God has prepared works for you to do, works that He desires for you to complete, and He has great confidence that as you rely on Him, you will do well.  You may make mistakes along the way, but His purposes WILL be completed in you.  You will not fail Him.  When all is said and done, you WILL be found faithful as His servant.

Why?  Because you love the Lord with all your heart, and you have given your life to serving Him.  You have remained humble before Him, and you are listening for His voice, and seeking Him with all your heart.

And if you feel that doesnt’ describe you very well at all, then run to Him and discuss it with Him.  He is waiting.  Don’t turn the other way, thinking there’s no point in talking to Him about it.  You haven’t a care that He can’t carry; you haven’t a problem that He can’t fix.  You haven’t a need that He can’t meet.  He IS the Great I AM, and He IS the All-Sufficient One, and HE LOVES YOU with an everlasting love.

I encourage each of you, pray for Phil and the Jellyfish crew today.  Pray that God’s will is accomplished in their lives in great ways.  Pray for wisdom, guidance, and strength.  Pray for discernment, insight, and protection.  Pray for continued finances, and continued favor with others.  Pray for many partners to be added to the ones that Phil already has, and pray that the news of JellyTelly will spread far and wide,and be received well wherever it goes.

Also, take the time to contact some of your friends there, and check on how they’re doing.  We get so wrapped up in our own lives and happenings, we forget that we are part of a bigger family, and that we are a vital part of that family.  So hop on over to the Jellyfish site, and log back in, and visit for a while.
